Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply to all products sold on edu7.site and related product pages by EDU7 COMPANY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17545219), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@edu7.site.

2. Our products

We sell digital products only: software provided as a service (SaaS) and digital educational content such as online courses and e-books. All products are developed and owned by us. Each product page describes what is included and its price before you pay.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your contract with us starts when we confirm your order by email.

4. Access and delivery

Access is delivered digitally, normally within minutes of payment, through a personal account or a link sent to the email you provide. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed, until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds and cancellation rights

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the products you buy. You may not copy, resell, share access to, or redistribute our software or content, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

8. Intellectual property

All software, content, trademarks and materials remain the property of EDU7 COMPANY LTD.

9. Educational content

Our courses and materials are for general educational purposes. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and results depend on each person's own effort and circumstances.

10. Liability

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
