Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-day refund

If you are not satisfied with a product, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@edu7.site with your order email. No reason is required.

2. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit. Access to the refunded product is removed.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by email. Cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. A first subscription payment is refundable within 14 days under section 1; later renewal payments are refundable if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal and have not used the service in that period.

4. Your statutory rights

For digital content, the statutory 14-day cancellation right may end once you request immediate access and acknowledge this at checkout. Our 14-day refund in section 1 applies regardless, and nothing in this policy limits your rights under UK consumer law.
